Right I find it hard to share so I am going to kind of write this to myself.
I have depression.
Some days are better than others, some days are very dark blue nearly black.
One of the ways I have recently used to help me cope is to surround my self with positive messages.
I have one near where I sit and work, I have a little book of positivity in the loo. As all Mum's know sometime the loo is the only time to your self!
The messages help. Today the one by my seat is "My home is a peaceful haven."
I want this to be true for my home and at times more often than not it is.
One of my favourite things is this:
Water is strong and flexible, it can level mountains and caress a flower. Such strength, Such care.
I try to be like water.
